Philosophy:
My background in family-oriented social work has led me to the understanding of two critical factors in the college decision process: 1) the importance of the family working together as an advocacy team, and 2) the importance of having the student and family take responsibility and ownership of the decision making process. This is the philosophy on which College Planning Services, Inc. is based. We do not make decisions for you. We help structure the college admission process so that students and parents can make the best decisions. Equally important is our belief that this can be a rewarding time for all, without some of the needless stress and anxiety often associated with the process.
